Field Trip

Preliminary talks of Imaging buried 4500 yr old cypress trees in a sand quarry near Johnson, SC.   The trees are in old river channels running parallel to existing river channel and buried in 45ft. sediment.  Our target is to image something and make a group paper.  The duties of processing, data acquisition, and writing can be divided but at least we will all visit the site.  Think about what you would like you contribute and Mel Fillerup will keep the group updated at each meeting.

Alumni Weekend (November 21, 2004)

            Have website ready Nov. 5^th so alumna can register for the meeting and see our interests.  Register for the Alumna weekend by November 5^th.
